  The tour guide was amazing, took us too the out of the way not over crowded temples. This let us experience the history and culture on a different level. He also took his time to explain everything as well. I would highly recommend!

  We are a family of 4 with 2 teens and we visited the Nara region and then went off to Osaka to finish off the day at the Dotonburi food market. We had fun with feeding the deers and then headed off to visit the ice temple which was a treat! Takashi taught us how to get our fortunes read from an ice block! Then he showed us a hidden path via a serene Japanese garden to Todaiji temple. Jetted off to a local sushi place and then off to Osaka’s Harukas 300 observation tower, caught the sunset then Takashi brought us to sample local food at Dotonburi. Fun day all around for the family.

  Our family of four adults had an incredibly enjoyable and informative tour. We packed a lot in on our full day tour, but never felt rushed. The transportation by private bus was comfortable and efficient. Our guide spoke impeccable English and very knowledgeable which further enhanced the experience. He was very ithoughtful and fun to enjoy the day with. Highly recommended!

  Takashi was an excellent tour guide and has very good English and communication skills. He drove our family to beautiful, peaceful shrines and temples. He was very knowledgeable about the culture. Takashi is a great photographer and took pictures of us, both with our phones and his camera. He sent lovely pictures to us after our tour. He introduced us to a family that had been making umeboshi and other pickled vegetables for over 100 years, where we purchased delicious pickles that we enjoyed for days after our Kyoto trip. After we toured the temples, we enjoyed a scrumptious traditional Japanese lunch at a small family owned restaurant. It was the perfect ending to our memorable tour. We highly recommend you take a tour with Takashi!

  Takashi was an amazing guide and provided an amazing tour of the secret treasures of Kyoto. His inner knowledge about the secluded and tranquil places was great and each experience left a significant memory which will last us forever. Takashi was an amazing guy and pleasure to spend the day with. His English was great and we chatted all day about everything. I highly recommend spending a day with him....you won't regret it.
