  We had a wonderful tour covering Moraine Lake, Lake Louise, Emerald Lake, and Natural Bridge. Ahmad was an engaging guide who kept the journey interesting with lots of fascinating facts and local information throughout the day. The itinerary felt a little rushed at times, and we would have loved a bit more time at each stop, but that’s understandable given how much was covered. Overall, it was a well-organized experience, and I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting the Canadian Rockies.

  Great tour! The time at each stop was short but totally understandable due to the driving distance between stops and the distance from the pickup spot. Such a great way to see the major Banff tourist spots like Lake Louise and Emerald Lake without having to worry about waking up at the crack of dawn to get parking!! Our guide was knowledgeable about the area and was happy to answer questions.

  Great tour! Many stops, got all the big must haves covered, we didn’t have to think of anything. Our tour guide Ahmed was one of a kind! So nice and funny - he made sure the trip and drive in between stops didn’t get boring! Great guy! Absolutely recommend this tour to anyone!

  I had an amazing experience on the Banff tour with Ahmed from Westar. He is an outstanding tour guide who made the entire trip enjoyable, well-organized, and memorable. Despite covering so many beautiful destinations, including all the major lakes and popular attractions, Ahmed managed the schedule exceptionally well and completed the entire 9-hour tour on time without making us feel rushed. His knowledge of the area, friendly attitude, and clear guidance ensured that everyone got the most out of every stop. What impressed me the most was his professionalism and compassion. During the tour, a child went missing for a short time, and Ahmed immediately stepped in to help the parents search for the child while remaining calm and organized. Thankfully, the child was found, and Ahmed handled the situation with great care and responsibility. Throughout the day, he kept everyone engaged, involved all the guests, and shared helpful tips on the best viewpoints, photo spots, and must-visit attractions. His positive energy and dedication made the trip enjoyable for everyone. I highly recommend Ahmed to anyone planning a Banff tour.   Buses are not put through preventive maintenance Equipment is old, bus smoked up during our trip, we were evacuated, resulted in a 4 hour delay, rushed through lake Louise in 15 minutes, and several other attractions were cut short. Overall, big company but bad buses which don’t have any preventive maintenance done to them. Drivers do the best they can: courteous, professional and helpful: Thanks Ahmed.

  The directions to our collection point were sadly inadequate so we missed it. Luckily we managed to pick up the tour at the next point. We had paid a car parking fee of CAD 50 at the first town so are not happy about that. The driver Ahmed was the best, most hospitable tour guide that you can have!! The BEST. The Lakes Louise, Moraine and Emerald were absolutelu stunning as were the additional stops.

  This was the tour I didn't know I needed! Great selection of sites and our tour guide Ahmed kept us engaged from beginning to end! The lake combination and brief stop at Yoho allowed for a well-balanced tour. I was able to have a different experience at each location and even got to canoe at lake Morraine (make sure to head to dock first when arriving if it's an activity you wish to do). Do not miss out on this great tour!
