What To Expect
トレフはSyafrubesi（カトマンズから117km離れたところ）からジープが6〜7時間出発します。我々は、Langtang川に従って、私たちはLama Hotelルートを経由してLangtang谷に達する青々とした紅斑と松林を歩いています。地元の村には、チベット仏教徒や地元のタマン族のコミュニティが住んでいます。ちょっと高いところを移動すると、古代の修道院、キンギング・ゴンパ（3798m）に着きます。 Kyanjing Gompaでは、技術的でないピーククライミングをすることができます。それ以外にチーズ工場（4633m）を訪れることも、Langsisaの牧草地を歩き、チベット最高峰のDorje LakpaやShisapangma（8013m）など、ネパールやチベットから数多くの氷河や山脈を見ることができます。私たちの帰り道は、ラングタン村 - ラマ・ホテル・シラフルベジに続く同じルートで行われ、最後にカトマンズへのドライブがあります。 毎日の日程： - 1日目：ジープでカトマンズからシブブレン（1462m / 4795ft。）まで6時間7時間運転。 2日目：Syabru Bensi〜Lama Hotel（2500m / 8200ft。） - 徒歩で5時間。 3日目：ラマホテル - ランタンビレッジ（3307m / 10845ft） - 徒歩5時間。 4日目：ランタン（Langtang）村をキヤンジン里（4773m / 15655ft）に戻し、慶正ゴンパ（3798m / 12495ft）に戻って - 7時間歩く。 5日目：昆虫群馬探検隊長（5050m / 16564ft） - 徒歩7時間。 日06 - Kyanjin Gompa-ラマムホテル（2500m / 8200ft） - 5-6時間歩く。 7日目：ラマ・ホテルからシブ・ベンシ（1462m / 4795ft）まで5-6時間歩く。 8日目 - シブブレンシからカトマンズまでジープで6/7時間運転。

5.00This is now the third time I have used the services of Global Holidays Adventure, and the first time as a Solo trekking: After the Upper Mustang trek in 2018 and the Everest Base Camp in 2021, this time the Langtang Trek + a 4 days Bhutan Tour. As always the pre-departure communication with Samsher and Surya was excellent and they always responded quickly to all my questions. Also for this Trek I specifically asked to have Dorchi Sherpa with me as a guide (third time also with him !) and everything went very well, as always!!! I would highly recommend Global Holidays to anyone interested in an adventurous trip to this part of the world. Thank you, and see you next time.

5.00!!I really want to recomend Global Holiday Adventure I'm a mom with 3 youngsters (ages 13-17), just returned from Frozen lakes trekking in Nepal. From our first contact through Whatsapp, Surya was always there, answering my questions. And than, when arriving to Kathmandu Samaher waited for us with a warm welcome. During the whole 5 days of trekking everything worked perfectly. I want to thank Karma (our guide), Samba and Colons (our porters), for a professional and warm trip. We couldn't make it without you. Global Holiday Adventure is the best option to travel Nepal safe and in good hands.
