Denied refund when my excursions was canceled

1.00I scheduled a tour it was canceled and they wanted me to do another one they was offering me up graded tour . My problem was it was I already other excursions planed and I asked for a refund and they said no.. This was not my fault this on the company

5.00Great experience and a lot of fun. It was like being on a carnival ride. Will, our tour guide, was great. On the van to and from the site, he explained and pointed out changes and points of interest in Las Vegas. I’ve been to Las Vegas many times, but this was a new experience.

5.00This was such a great excursion for my first time in Vegas! Logan was very helpful, has a sense of humor, and played good music. He continuously checked if the whole group was okay, gave the tutorial and a test run for us to practice before the actual trail. My boyfriend and I really enjoyed this a lot! Thank you so much!
