  The City Pass is the way to go. We did so much more than we ever would have without it. Highly recommend!

  We purchased the 5 day pass for our family of 4. We planned each day out to maximize the use of the passes. If you look at the map on Tripadvisor, it will show where each activity is located. If we had purchased each ticket individually, it would have cost us over $800, but we paid about $325 per ticket. We certainly could have done even more activities. So much to do and an exceptional value! We used rideshares to start at some of the areas.   The pass expired a day earlier, which caused disturbance to my whole experience. When I reached out to viator they did not help me out and were suggesting it was non-refundable. Go city also admitted it was a mistake to end the pass earlier but did nog help as the pass was purchased through viator.

• Disappointed, do not buy from viator, they won’t help with any problem

  I purchased 4 day pass from viator and my pass was need a day earlier. Both viator and go city agreed that pass was activated a day earlier. But go city suggested they can’t refund as it was purchased from viator. And viator suggested they cannot refund as it was non- refundable. My main question is if sale terms are not met how does the non- refundable tag be applied? Just but from go city app at least and not from visit as you would not be provided any assistance.

  Wouldn’t let me book on half the stuff either booked for weeks in advance or the app wouldn’t work booked Grand Canyon and they cancelled it last day with no refund horrible app

  It is excellent, really saves money and includes great panoramas. The application is very friendly, it allows to organize the activities you plan to travel by day. I have read that some people were activated early; so that this does not happen, for attractions that require reservation, it must be done on the same day that it will be visited (not before). Anyway, it’s something that the app itself points out. At all attractions they knew about Go City so check-in was quick, and no additional payment needed

  

  

  

  

  

• Watch out, there's cheating.

  We activated the pass at night, which counted as if we had used it throughout the day and a two-day pass ended up only one day. It should be 24h - 48h - 72h regardless of the time you activate it. Watch the fine print. He doesn't put in any time when the pass expires.

  Did about 10 attraction over 2 days. Loved Hoover Dam Tour, Madam Trousseau, The Strat, Terry Fator show, Mob Museum, Go Cars and several others, loved them all. Great buy for what you get most out of vacation.
