5.00We had an excellent experience with our transfer service in Lisbon. Our driver, Rafa, was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. He was professional, friendly, punctual, and made us feel very comfortable throughout the journey. We were especially pleased that he had the two child seats ready exactly as requested for our babies, which gave us great peace of mind and showed excellent attention to detail. The vehicle was immaculate, spacious, and very comfortable, and the overall service exceeded our expectations. Everything was perfectly organized, making our arrival and transfer completely stress-free.

5.00I couldn’t recommend TOPTOUR Portugal enough , my flight was delayed coming in , they waited for me with no extra charge, I made a mistake on my location and without any hesitation my driver said that’s perfectly fine and took me to the correct destination which was an extra 10 minutes for him. Highly recommend!

5.00After getting stuck for over 3 HOURS at Lisbon airport passport control (total chaos), I was sure my transfer would be gone. But to my surprise, the driver from Toptour Portugal was still there, waiting patiently and super professional. He welcomed me with a smile, helped with my luggage, and the car was pure luxury — super clean, comfortable, and even had cold water ready inside. After such a stressful arrival, it was the perfect way to finally relax. Huge thanks to Toptour Portugal! Reliable, classy, and professional service. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Lisbon.

5.00I’ve done two trips with TOPTOUR now and I’m very satisfied with both times. I used them mainly as a transportation to and from the airport in Lissabon. But I chose this company over other much bigger and common taxi services because I’ve had bad experiences with others before and haven’t felt safe. And also I much rather support a local Portuguese company while in Portugal. Both trip were smooth and easy. But my return trip in particular with driver Michel Meyl was extraordinary. The communication, he was early (which was a plus when you’re going to an airport), he shook my hand, asked if the temperature was good in the car and overall very friendly. This company’s drivers are also very well dressed which gives me feeling of professionalism. And even if I chose their smallest car option, sedan, it was plenty of space, very clean and big luggage storage. I have never felt so safe before which is a huge deal as a solo female traveler. I would recommend this company, and especially Michel to anyone coming to Portugal.

5.00I had an amazing experience and the best thing was the driver Guilherme Santos was very informative and gave me and my group a short education about Lisbon which was very refreshing and allowed us to start the holiday with excitement. I would definitely recommend his services.
