What To Expect
The Battle of Long Tan
ロング タン ヌイ ダット戦場は、ベトナム戦争中にオーストラリア軍が戦った最も有名な戦いです。この戦いはゴム農園で行われました。 2016年8月18日、戦闘現場で控えめな式典が開催された。 1,000人以上のオーストラリアの退役軍人とその家族が50周年記念式典に参加するためにベトナムを訪れた。 ツアーはミニバンでバリア - ブンタウ省へ出発します。地元ガイドがロンタン戦場跡へご案内し、ヌイダットにある旧第 1 オーストラリア機動部隊を訪問します。
Nui Dat hill
最初の立ち寄り地はヌイ ダット SAS ヒルで、ヘリコプターの駐機場と兵士のキャンプ場を案内し、戦争中の重要な場所について説明します。ヌイダット基地の周囲 4 km の円の概要がわかります。 次に、ゴム林を訪れ、かつてベトナム兵士の避難所だったモングア山を通ります。

5.00Jack did an awesome job showing my partner and I where my dad served with old photos of what was there all those years ago. He explained vietnams turbulent history perfectly. We stopped and had donuts at a roadside market and he purchased flowers for the Long Tan memorial. We then visited the tunnels where the caretakers dad was a local Viet Cong fighter. Afterwards we had a pho at a local restaurant which was delicious. Would highly recommend this tour.

5.00If you’re Australian visiting Vietnam you need to book this tour especially if you have an interest in history. Amazing insight into local history and culture, so much packed into a day trip out of HCMC.
We had a great day with Kim . She was very informative and knowledgeable about the war and area.

5.00Right from the start Kim’s bubbly and warm persona shines through. Here attention to detail was amazing. She is very knowledgeable fun and easy going with a very good grasp of the English language. The addition of carefully selected music ( including odes and last post) and photographs made for a very emotional tour to see where my father served. It was fantastic to see both sides of the stories. I would highly recommend.

5.00Highly recommend this tour. Our guide was so knowledgeable in all aspects of this battle and walked us through the locations with respect and dignity. We were taken to some less touristy tunnels and had a delicious lunch at a local restaurant. Very heartfelt tour with flowers provided for us to lay at the cross.

5.00Today was amazing it was great to see and hear about the history on the Australian involvement in the Vietnam war, got very emotional 😭 when visiting the memorials. Colbie was a great guide and was very knowledgeable
