  This is a rough ride although beautiful. There needs to be a warning because we would not have participated.

  This was by far the best experience i have had, and i am going to Montenegro every year for vacation. The most friendly staff, amazing boats, everything was on the highest possible level. Already booked for next visit!

  We specifically chose this tour for the itinerary, which included a stop on the lady of the rock, but not Perast (which we had visited the day prior). The driver changed this plan without informing us. His description of the historical sites was brief (at best), and we were not provided with water, snorkeling gear or music, as indicated on the ticket.

  Unfortunately, we booked a different boat tour than the one we received. We booked the specified tour with 20 minutes. Lad of the rocks including admission, beautiful view of Porto Montenegro, 15 minutes of submarine tunnel, and 30 minutes. Swimming in the Blue Grotto. We liked this time distribution, as some providers included shorter stops. Communication was rather difficult. We booked with Mare at the beach and later through the phone number provided to us. On the day of the boat tour, there were many people at the various boat providers. Only Mare was not there. We should wait. Then another man came. He would be a friend and would collect the money and call us later. He then did this with a delay. We got into a small boat. Shortly thereafter, we were informed that it was not the right one and were "united" with a different group of guests. We first went to the submarine tunnel. Instead of a 15-minute stay, we only went in briefly and came back out. We went over Mamula to the Blue Grotto. Instead of 30 minutes, we only had a 20-minute stay. Then back towards Perast. Porto Montenegro could only be guessed from a distance. The boat driver now said that we would only circle the island and stop in Perast. That was not planned either. Therefore, he dropped off part of us on the island and part in Perast. On the island, we would then have to pay admission again. We did not do that and only looked from a distance. Overall, there were very few explanations, rather an announcement of the stops. Water was supposed to be included, but it was not. Therefore, rather disappointing for us. This excursion was available elsewhere at a significantly lower price, and we did not want it for the reasons stated. 3 stars are a gift for this provider.

• A chaotic beginning and cigarette smoke smells

  A skipper, who operates the speed boat showed up late. He did not even have any proper booth or signage. There was no specific organizer for this business. Had to ask around to find the business, but not much of help from other tour business. 5 min past the tour appointment time, finally found the skipper. No scanning of the ticket, just checked my reservation. Overall, the checkin procedure is in disarray. Other tours I had, for example in Mexico city, it was very smooth checkin procedure. Received the communication a day ahead, group chat in Whatsaspp to make sure everybody is tracked. None of these in this tour. It seems like the tour guide ( the skipper) does not like his job and does not care about tourist he is guiding. Not much of narration at the tour sites. Busy smoking while resting. Overall the worst experience from the tours I booked through the Tripadvisor and other sites.

  We started at 12:15 and finished at 2:55. So we did less tan 3 hours. We were rushing all the time with the boat and it was really wavy. They don’t have any water.

  It was only ok. The sights were great to see but they changed the itinerary at some point before the trip and didnt go inside Lady of the Rocks. Dropped us off for a bit in Perast instead. Which was basically enough time to find a bathroom and head back. Got very little, very basic information about each of the sites. Everything we were told was the info I knew based on what was detailed in the excursion info. So that was disappointing. When it was time to swim, the sea was pretty rough and no life jackets were offered. I would have asked, but didn't realize it would have been nice until after the fact.

  We booked this tour because it included a visit to lady of the rocks Island and church. However, the boat did not stop there. The operator said they stopped going there a month ago, but we booked the trip the same day and it was advertised as on the itinerary. Tripadvisor/Viator after a number of back-and-forth emails refused any refund even after acknowledging we did not get what we expected, and what was advertised. I will not book through Tripadvisor or Viator again in the future.
