5.00The Viator website kept saying that the pickup time was 6 AM. It was 8:45 PM and the provider was clear on that. It caused confusion on my end. The website never got corrected (even after several emails) but everything else worked fine. The driver was great.

1.00You are making a profit on the misfortune of travelers. The current situation with delayed and canceled flights should be taken into consideration. Through no fault of ours we weren’t able to make our connection to Milan. I notified Viator as soon as I knew, almost 24 hours in advance and you refused to grant a refund. It may not matter much to Viator but to ordinary working people it smarts. I vow to never use your services again and to spread the word of your greed.

5.00What a relaxing, stress free way to get to your hotel from the airport. We were greeted outside of baggage claim and felt instantly welcomed. Driver was kind and courteous. Would book again.
