The Highlands Experience

5.00Although the experience is titled “Loch Ness and the Highlands” there is a lot of opportunity to adjust the itinerary. Our tour guide, Robbie, asked us what was most important for us to see and he arranged everything from there. Robbie was fantastic! My husband sat up front with him and they talked almost the entire time we were driving, stopping only for Robbie to point out various spots. He was very patient with the questions from the kids and went out of his way to keep them interested. Bonnie Scotland Tours were great to work with from the start. All things about this company and tour were top notch. Highly recommend.

5.00My group had a wonderful time exploring Scotland with Robbie. Robbie is extremely knowledgeable, kind, and accommodating. He took great care of us, made sure my friend could eat gluten-free on all the stops, and we learned so much on the tour. I will be booking in again with this company.

5.00Can’t say enough about Bonnie Scotland Tours and our guide, Robbie! We were 6 adventurous gals (aged 20-80) who travelled with Robbie on the 3-day Bonnie Outlander Tour visiting Outlander landmarks, story book villages, gardens, and castle ruins. It was everything we hoped a tour would be, incredible sights, comfortable touring van, plenty of snacks, flexible driver, open to requests (the highland coos!) Robbie kept us informed and entertained throughout, compared Scottish history with the Outlander series, and was polite to a fault! Added bonus— Robbie found the best local coffee shops and pastries each morning. It was unanimous: highly recommend—book this tour group!

5.00Absolutely fun experience with Stuart. He is a master at his job. Was very knowledgeable, appropriately engaged, and modified the trip based on our needs/expectations. Our 2 boys (11 and 15) were excited all along, and absolutely loved the snacks and drinks that were stocked up in the comfy van.
Highlands Tour with Blair

5.00My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the Highlands tour with our driver guide, Blair. Among the places we visited were the Wallace Monument in Sterling, the Kelpies, Linlithgow Palace, Loch Lubnaig, Glencoe, and Loch Ness. At Loch Ness, Blair surprised us with a Scottish whiskey toast. The scenery along the way was beautiful. Blair is knowledgeable about history, geography, art, and architecture, which enriched our appreciation of everywhere we visited. We also talked about education, movies and books; our conversations flowed effortlessly. Blair's enthusiasm and pride in his country is contagious. I highly recommend Blair and Bonnie Scotland Tours.

His wealth of knowledge for the history of Scotland, the stories and descriptions of the towns along the way, and his ease of connecting with us was the formula for a day we will remember always! 5.00Adam was a great guide who made our day wonderful. This was well worth the money for a full day with amazing history, stories and just overall information about the areas we toured. He made sure we got family photos and were able to hit the highlights of the highlands and enjoy delicious local snacks and a wonderful lunch on the go to make sure we had time to add the Loch Ness cruise. This is the perfect way to learn and explore in comfort and with no stress thanks to Adam!

5.00Great tour with an exceptional guide! Robbie was our tour guide and was the most personable, knowledgeable, and entertaining guide we have ever experienced. He showed us all of the best views of all the locations on the tour with multiple stops in the beautiful Glencoe valley. We had lunch in a lovely authentic 1ocal restaurant. Robbie even found us 2 groups of Highland Coo for petting and photo ops! Really enjoyed the stops at Linlithgow Palace and Doune Castle with Robbie's history lessons. After posing in front of the Loch Ness sign for photos, Robbie found us a secluded spot through a sheep pasture to enjoy the views of the loch. Best day trip we have ever experienced!!!

5.00This was an outstanding experience from the booking with Noel to the actual tour with Donald, who wore is kilt all four days. You couldn’t ask for a more knowledgeable and personable guide to discover the Scottish countryside and traditions.
