5.00We have had several cooking classes in Italy and this BY FAR was the most enjoyable experience that we have had! Mari is a total SWEETHEART and her knowledge and cooking skills are exceptional! Most of the ingredients come from her family farm. She gave us great tips and with her help and guidance we made a FABULOUS lunch including a chocolate cake for dessert! We would highly recommend this true Italian cooking experience !

5.00Mari is amazing! She’ll pick you up at your hotel and drop you back off. She opens up her home to you and teaches you how to make and cook authentic Italian recipes. Homemade dishes like, pasta,meatballs, desserts. Her views and property are incredible and her recipes were the best we had in all of our travels. Highly recommend.

5.00Not one negative to say! Mari provided an exceptional experience. My family & I shared the experience with a mother/daughter from the USA. It was great getting to know them. Mari’s set up offered breathtaking views & tranquility! She offered great tips in her cooking and provided us with an incredible meal! It was my daughter’s birthday the day before and Mari put candles in the cake we made and sung Happy Birthday to her. Great way to make us feel cared for! I’m pretty sure we were past our estimated time & Mari never made us feel rushed. She treated us like we were family visiting. Her property and class provided a much needed respite from our vacation travels. Her sister also hosts pottery classes at the property. I was fortunate enough to purchase a couple of pieces while there and they are a nice memento to remember our time together. Mari knows how to provide an exceptional and memorable class. This is a must do while visiting the Amalfi Coast. I feel as though that years from now we could go back to visit Mari and she would welcome us back like old family friends.

5.00Our cooking class with Mari was truly one of the highlights of our entire trip. We attended with our 4-year-old daughter, and Mari and her family went above and beyond to make her feel welcome and included in every part of the experience. Their warmth and hospitality made us feel like guests in their home rather than participants in a class. We also loved getting to know the other women in our group—it added such a fun and memorable social element to the day. The food we prepared was absolutely delicious, and one of the most fascinating parts was learning about how Mari grows and harvests many of the ingredients herself. It gave us a much deeper appreciation for the meal and the local culture. The setting was absolutely breathtaking and made the entire experience feel even more special. From the beautiful surroundings to the incredible food and genuine hospitality, everything exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend this cooking class to anyone visiting the area—couples, families, solo travelers, or groups. Thank you, Mari, for such a memorable experience that our family will never forget!

5.00Mari was warm, friendly, knowledgeable and made everyone feel welcome from the moment we arrived. This was the highlight of our trip. The class was hands-on, well organized and gave us a genuine appreciation for the local cuisine and traditions behind the dishes. Sharing the meal together was another memorable moment. I'm so glad we signed up for this cooking class. Mari is the nicest person I've ever met. We had such a great time at her home. She made us feel welcome and we left feeling like good friends. I would highly recommend this class to anyone visiting Sorrento.

5.00What an amazing experience today! My mother and daughters said it a once in a lifetime day! Maria made it so special welcoming us into her home and garden. She takes great pride in explaining each step. Everything is grown on her own land. We cooked then enjoyed the food we made along with homemade wine and lemocello.

5.00Mari personally picked us up at our hotel and drove us to her beautiful home. The home is quaint and filled with flowers and charming country decor. She is personable and taught us how to prepare a delicious Italian meal. We cooked in her kitchen. Cleanliness was a priority everyone had to wash their hands before touching anything. I highly recommend this fun adventure.

5.00Mari's cooking class was the highlight of our whole trip. My husband and I were picked up from our hotel and when we arrived we were blown away by the beautiful garden and scenery. We had a warm friendly welcome from Mari and were made to feel at home. She talked us through different areas of her family home and the surrounding area. We were joined by another 2 couples for the class; from Canada and Texas. It was lovely getting to know each other, hearing stories from different parts of the world. Just as we started the class, Mari's 7 year old son, Mateo came to meet us. He was adorable and participated in the whole class. We made caprese cake, ravioli, lemon meatballs, stuffed zucchini and fried calzoni. Mari demonstrated and advised us throughout the class; we had so much fun and laughed all day. The food and the company were amazing. Thank you so much Mari, we cannot wait to try these recipes at home

5.00We joined Marì for a Farmhouse Cooking class. She has an incredible view on the Sorrento Coast and we cooked a 4 course luncheon together. Marì served us Bruschetta on arrival with prosecco and then we made our dessert, Caprese Cake, followed by Fried Calzoni, Ravioli Caprese, Lemon Meatballs and a Eggplant Boat dish. At the end Mari have us a copy of all the recipes and a little gift. 🎁 She shared her family's cooking experience in addition to her home made olive oil, red wine, limoncello, free range eggs and tomato sauce as well as fresh produce picked from the garden. Marì was a generous person and a talented chef. We look forward to reproducing the recipes.
