2.00The tour is known to canceling your “excursions” if it’s not filling up to capacity it will refund your ticket or offer a cruise they have that is being booked. Have to take out two separate excursion. He didn’t purchase the excursion he thought for going on, but they did give us an option to cancel.

5.00It was a great excursion! The staff was the most attentive of any excursion we have ever taken - always making sure we had water and other drinks from the bar, cleaning up garbage, serving snacks and lunch. I would definitely recommend it!

5.00We did not get to go on our tour today because my son woke up at 4 AM throwing up and he never does that. What I wanted to write is that I give them five stars because they refunded our money and I really appreciated that we will definitely book when we come back next year. Thanks you for thinking of our situation you made my son not feel guilty about being sick.
