  Roy the waiter was absolutely amazing! He was incredibly kind, friendly, and attentive throughout our cruise. He always greeted us with a warm smile and made sure we had everything we needed. His outstanding service and positive attitude made our experience even more special. Thank you, Roy, for your wonderful hospitality. We truly appreciate everything you did!   The cruise was amazing, activity’s planned by the cruise were entertaining and the food aswell as drinks were top notch, all accompanied by Andy’s service made it all the better, only things that could be improved would be the wifi in rooms, but there is wifi in the public spaces which is where I spent a large portion of time. Overall an amazing cruise, Thankyou Andy and crew!

  This trip was better than what I was expecting. The weather was supposed to be rainy the whole time, but it turned out to be sunny the first day for most of the activities. The staff were very friendly, specifically three people come to mind: Ducky and Ann. They were always smiling, professional and worked hard. Thank you

  Amazing Mon Cherie Cruise – Exceptional Service from Harry We had an amazing experience on the Mon Cherie Cruise from start to finish. The ship was beautiful, the cabins were very comfortable, and the scenery was absolutely stunning throughout the trip. The food was delicious with plenty of variety, and all the activities were well organised and fun. What really made the cruise special was the outstanding service from Harry. He was always friendly, professional, and attentive, checking in on us regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. Harry went out of his way to help with any requests, explained the schedule clearly, and made us feel truly looked after the whole time. Thanks to Harry and the Mon Cherie team, this was a memorable and relaxing experience that we would highly recommend to anyone considering a cruise in the area. We would happily come back again!

  Magnificent 🤩 experience, incredible setting, impeccable onboard staff and communication team! Present and attentive! The organization is perfect! The staff is lovely! The boat is very beautiful, authentic, and remarkably clean. We enjoyed an authentic stay in a small group; it was magnificent! Breathtaking landscapes away from the crowd! Emy accompanied us throughout the stay at the restaurant, and Léo during the various activities, two staff members who are truly professional and wonderfully friendly and amazing!   We had a wonderful one-day cruise experience and truly enjoyed our time onboard. The service was excellent from start to finish, and the staff were warm, attentive, and professional. The food was delicious, with a great variety of options to choose from. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and very organized, making the trip even more enjoyable. A special thanks to Ms. Ann, who took great care of us during our meals and made us feel so welcome. Her friendly attitude and exceptional service really stood out.
