  Das was great! He told us so much information about the country side of Montego Bay! The ride up to the Rum Distillery went by pretty quick. Van was cleaned and air conditioned. He also had cold, bottled water and peppermints for us. The actual tour was very in depth and fun! Wear comfortable, closed toed shoes!

  We had a great time. Das explained about the local area etc and answered any questions on the way. Road bumpy but it was ok. Thankfully the car was very comfy. The tour was for just 4 so that was nice and interesting. We didn’t do lunch. You only get 2 tastings though. Some damage from the hurricane but that didn’t soil the experience, We went to juci’s in Falmouth as we don’t do seafood.   A great trip to Jamaica's oldest rum distillery/plantation. Learnt how the rum is made, experienced an authentic rum factory, finished off with a wonderful guided tasting (including some special extras as it was our anniversary)! Das was awesome, very friendly, enthusiastic and knowledgeable, and we stopped off at a local's roadside rest stop for a conch curry and saltfish fritters on the way back, both were delicious! Wholeheartedly recommend Das and Finesse Vacations for your trips, especially his food/drink tours!

  We had a wonderful tour with our guide 'Das'! Hampden Estate is a bit off the beaten track, but well worth the drive out there. The views are amazing and it's slightly cooler due to the elevation. The rum estate has barely changed in the last few hundred years and the product is excellent. We were given a walk through of the facility and then were able to try some of the rum. On the way back to Falmouth we stopped for different types of local food - patties, curried conch, saltfish, and peppered shrimp. The tour was very well done and thought out and I'd highly recommend to anyone looking to get away from the crowds of the bigger rum estates!

  Das was right on time to pick us up and did an excellent job getting us to the Hampden Estate Rum Tour safely and quickly. Very knowledgeable and well prepared. The tour was interesting and fun; Our favorite excursion of the trip! Next time we come to Jamaica we will definitely be taking one of his foodie tours!

  Mama G was our tour driver and was amazing! Highly recommend her for her great personality and knowledge of the area she shared as we drove through the countryside! It is a bit of a bumpy ride but she did such an amazing job with handling the roads. The drive is worth it in my opinion. The tour itself was fantastic with a great run through of the process for how they make the rum and our tour guide in the actual tour was great as well. We ended up paying extra for the jerk chicken lunch and that was a great addition to an already amazing tour! When we went the gift shop had a lot in stock so we had no issues stocking up on some great rums. Highly recommend the tour and again ask for Mama G if booking through here!

  Amazing day touring the historic Hampden estate distillery. The grounds are beautiful and seeing the active production of such a legendary facility was awesome Finess tours was awesome and highly recommended. They worked with the distillery to create an open slot (difficult with arriving tour boats). I was picked earlier than the resort started breakfast so we stopped for a local breakfast before arriving. The tour guide shared lots of great information as we passed through each part of Jamaica and was also knowledgeable on Jamaican history and happy to answer my questions about local politics After the tour we headed back and stopped for a jerk meal and some drinks Will definitely book with them again for their personal attention and their variety of other tours offered

  My brother liased with Finesse before coming to Jamaica to book a date in, and even though we had to change the date whilst there on holiday were so accommodating. When being picked up by Mamma G she was the perfect host from start to finish, educating us on everything around the island. She even shared our love for the different reggae artists we liked also. The rum tour was very authentic, getting up close to how rum was made and met our expectations and more. I would highly recommend these guys who put the customer first and nothing is no problem.
