  We had a wonderful time on this tour with our family and some close friends. Elevation Charters did a fantastic job from start to finish. They are incredibly nice people, completely professional, and made sure our entire group was comfortable and happy throughout the day. Getting to see Moraine Lake and Lake Louise without having to worry about driving or parking was a huge plus.   Our guide was exceptional. He was so accommodating, helpful and patient with us considering we have a 6 month old baby. He always told us to take our time and that he can wait. He also helped us a lot with our stroller and was very kind to give snacks and drinks. We truly had a wonderful first experience in the rockies.

  What an easy, hassle free way to explore Banff. We definitely did not feel FOMO, we had the chance and given the opportunity to explore all the key places without pressure or a sense of being forced into a tight schedule. We accompliahed so much in one day! The ride was comfortable and smooth, we felt well guided and still had lots of freedom. Pick up location in Canmore extemely convenient. PROTIP: Come early to find a parking spot. The tour team is responsive and easy to talk to. They were very accomodating and even helped us find solutions. Our tour guide Baris was amazing! Reminds me of when our dad would take us on trips, he knows where to go, where to park, what to do, and where we can eat. He is friendly and i would recommend again and again.   We had such a wonderful experience with Elevation Charters! The trip was beautifully organized, and everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and professional. I have lived in Canada for 20 years, and during this tour I saw a bear in the wild for the very first time! That alone made the day unforgettable for me. 🐻❤️ Thank you for creating such special memories for us. We can’t wait to join another adventure with you again very soon!   I have visited Moraine Lake and Lake Louise before, but they looked even more beautiful today. The turquoise water was so bright and stunning. It was also my first time visiting Johnston Canyon, and I really enjoyed it. The driver and host were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Everything was well organized and stress-free.   My brother and I took this tour and had a very nice day. Moraine Lake and Lake Louise were amazing. We also enjoyed spending time in Banff, and the walk at Johnston Canyon was unique and beautiful. The driver was very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained many things along the way and answered our questions. The van was comfortable, and everything was very well organized. We even made friends with some of the other guests during the trip. The free tea and snacks were a nice surprise. Thank you, Elevation Charters, for a great day. We highly recommend this tour.

  Great day in the Rockies! We loved this tour. Moraine Lake was unreal, and Lake Louise was beautiful. The smaller group made the experience much better than a big bus tour. The ride was smooth, the timing was excellent, and the driver was friendly and professional. Would definitely book again.

  The tour to Moraine Lake and Lake Louise was solid from start to finish. Everything ran on time, the guides actually knew what they were talking about, and the views were unreal in a way photos don’t fully capture. Both lakes delivered that clean, glacier‑fed blue that doesn’t look real until you’re standing there. The pacing was on point. Enough time to explore, take photos, and just take it in without feeling rushed or stuck waiting around. If you want a straightforward, well‑run way to see the best parts of the Rockies in a single day, Elevation Charters does it right!
