  Phenomenal experience. Moderate intensity hike with constant gradient. Sunrise at the end was spectacular. Transportation was seamless. Our guide, ‘Made’ was incredible. She provided us with breakfast, gave us a history of the area and helped us navigate the trail. She took spectacular pictures and is a local to the area—so she knows the best path up the mountain. I would highly recommend her for anyone wanting to experience this beautiful hike/sunrise experience.

  Ayu was such a great guide!! She was very mindful and took care of us throughout the journey, fed us a good breakfast and great coffee when we got to the top. I definitely recommend having her as your guide. 10/10

  Amazing experience from start to finish! Our driver was super punctual and didn’t mind at all that we slept through most of the ride. The highlight of the trip was Made who we are super thankful to. She is an outstanding guide, and was really warm and friendly throughout the hike. She made sure we got up and down the mountain safely and comfortably, and didn’t rush us at any point. She also shared so much interesting information about Balinese culture and the local area and took amazing photos for us at the top, as well as getting us down before the crowds. She truly went above and beyond to make sure we were well looked after. Highly recommended! The second biggest highlight for us was the coffee experience. Again we learnt a lot about the history of coffee in Indonesia and their process of preparing the regular and Luwak Coffee. Make sure you have space in your luggage to take back some amazing chocolate, tea, and coffee!

  We had an amazing experience! Our guide was Ni Made and she was fantastic! Super happy and friendly :) couldn’t ask for a better guide! Pick up was on time and everything went smoothly:) the breakfast at the crater of Mount Batur was a really nice extra :) thank you!

  We had such a wonderful experience on this tour! Our guide was incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming from the very beginning. She shared so many interesting fun facts and stories that made the whole tour even more enjoyable and memorable. You could really feel how passionate and knowledgeable she was, and she created such a great atmosphere for everyone. We learned a lot while also having a lot of fun.

  Made was a Great Guide and brought us safely to the top of mt batur. She was highly motivated and told many interesting fun facts about the vulcano. Would recommend!
