  This experience was amazing… much more than I expected. Rumal or Rum Al was awesome… so knowledgeable and fun. We learned so much about the differences in the rum and how they are made. The history of Mount Gay, the tour and tasting were great. I did forget what my homework assignment was though 😂. We also had the mixology workshop which I highly recommend. I don’t remember our mixologist name be he was amazing… we made two drinks and learned quite a bit about making, mixing and serving a drink.

  Our tour was EXCELLENT! We learned so much about the history of rum and the culture of Barbados. Our tour guide was funny and kept things interesting and through explained everything from the history to the tasting. Our mixologist was very thorough and also taught us their culture.   We had a fabulous experience with the Mount Gay Cocktail Workshop. Our engaging guide Tina took us through the history of the distillery and our rum tasting with humour and an obvious wealth of knowledge. Very entertaining and educational! Mixologist Adrian then conducted the cocktail making portion of the tour which was fun and delicious. We met lots of interesting people on the tour and really appreciated the option of transportation so we could get home safely. Would highly recommend this tour for anyone who appreciates rum and cocktails and wants a fun afternoon!

  We did the cocktail workshop and it was the experience, we love it from the beginning to the end. Our guide was Tina and she is the best, she guide us through the rum tasting and allowed us to recognize the differences between the different aging making it really enjoyable. Then we made the cocktail with a very experienced guy that made the experience funny and we learned and drank a lot

  We loved this comprehensive tasting and Mount Gay history lesson, but the cocktail class was the cherry on top! We had a blast and our tour guides were so much fun! Actually getting to put our education to the test and make 3 different rum cocktails was our favorite part!

  It is a great place, the event is fun and they are generous with the rum! The staff are friendly and there is a lot more to explore than expected. Do this, you will not regret it! I took off a star because my tour time was pushed back and I only found out when I got there.

  The very very best alcohol tasting experience. You must try this. We were picked up at hotel by minibus as stated. Had 30 minutes to relax at the bar with a Green Monkey cocktail before the tour. Marsha our guide was so informative, funny, friendly. Awesome. Tasted 4 different Mount Gay rums plus all the info. Great group of about 20 people. Then onto the cocktail masterclass with Adrian. Again so good. It lasted about 2 and a half hours between the two. Great value and learnt a lot. You must do this
