Pilatus Luzern

4.00This tour was excellent. Our guide was with us the whole time exept at lunch. He was able to access all the sites we wanted to see plus adjust our schedule to our personal needs. The weather was tricky but we errred on the side of cold and were happy for it. One problem right away was with our pickup time at 8:00am. It had been verified several times before the tour by email but Swiss Tours never verified with Viator that the actuall pick up time was 9:00am. We don't feel we missed anything. Our guide was top- notch and apologized. We understood it was not his responsibility to notify Viator but Swiss Tours. The two companies need to work together better.

5.00Are mounted by the rack train. Wow, GREAT, easy ride to the top, just provide comfortable shoes. Indoor or outdoor restaurants, souvenir shop, familiar scarves (they can be fed by hand). Nice time out of time. The only downside, the wait before taking the famous train.
