  A highly recommended guide—professional, friendly, kind, and polite, with great knowledge of the natural surroundings. He does more than just guide; he shares many local stories and is truly responsible. We were very satisfied and will definitely look for him to guide our future trips. Our children really enjoyed having him as a guide; they felt safe and comfortable because he was so patient with them. We are very pleased and, once again, highly recommend him to anyone looking for a nature tour guide in North Sumatra.

  A wonderful morning! We started with the ascent of Mount Sibayak at night to watch the sunrise. I had good weather, so it was an incredible experience! The guide is great; he has a lot of knowledge about the volcano as well as the region, the plants, the culture, and his country. Very enriching!   We took our friends from out of town to Sibayak to experience its gorgeous sunrise. And Nusan is the only guy I trust to bring us up there, as I had previously hired him before. He will walk at your pace, choose the safest path, and prepare you a light breakfast. He is also very knowledgeable with the plants and history of the area. Highly recommended!

  Great hike with Nusan! He’s very friendly and welcoming to us. We booked a 3D2N Lake Toba + Mt Sibayak trip and the whole experience was very scenic, smooth sailing and enjoyable.

  Nusantara and Zuan were very patient and friendly! They advised us accordingly and also is very knowledgeable 👍 would recommend for hikers who has never camped overnight to go for this operator and itinerary

  Se contacted Nusa, the owner, vía whatsapp and all was súper smooth and perfectly organized. We hiked with two girls aged 7 and Nusa always made sure that they are comfortably and enjoying. He showed us also a lot of plants - including carnivourous - and shared his knowledge about medicinal plants. Later we relaxed in the hotsprings. After this Nusa gave us a stroll through the local market and brought us to a nice Restaurant. A perfect day- I can totally recommend. We also booked a transfer to Batu Katak with the agency and again really perfect. The Minibus is new and confortable- the driver Gabriel made the trip unforgatable- brinhing along a karaoke.

  Nusan is an experienced guide who will take you to the summit easily. He knows where to go to get the best views and will show you interesting things such as plants or various parts of the crater. In addition, you can ask him to take you to other places in the vicinity, such as foothills of Mount Sinabung including the abandoned village.

  Had an amazing first time hike experience in Indonesia with Nusan, our very friendly & sporting guide! Made the whole hike more entertaining with his jokes & loved how he shared some fun facts about the place too. Got to even drink hot tea & coffee which tasted real good especially with the additional view at the top of the mountain.
