5.00This Mount Titlis and Lucerne day trip from Zurich was an amazing way to experience Switzerland in one day. We started with a scenic stop in Lucerne, with time to explore the charming old town, before continuing to Engelberg. The rotating cable car ride to Mount Titlis offered incredible panoramic views, and the Ice Flyer chairlift over the glacier was a standout experience. Crossing Europe’s highest suspension bridge was thrilling, and the snow tubing added a fun, memorable touch. Our tour guide, Thanasis, was great — knowledgeable, friendly, and gave us additional Recommendations for our stay in Zurich. 10/10 tour and highly recommend!

1.00Don't waste your money or time by booking this tour. There is no tour or any information given. You are shuttled to Lucerne and given a pick up time. You see the city on your own with no help. Then you are shuttled to Mt. Titlus where again you are given zero information. You should book a train, bus or taxi and save your money. Our driver John talked on the phone for multiple hours instead of talking to us. He also added stops to pick up other people and drop them off extending the drive time and shortening our time to visit attractions. Bc of this we missed the lion statue and rushed the Mt. Very disappointing. This "tour" is expensive but you only get the transport and Mt. Titlus ticket. Totally not worth it.

4.00Look, ultimately these guys are chauffeuring you about and arranging a ticket up the mountain. But they facilitated an absolutely magical day for us and made the various steps very clear. It helped take the stress out of the day. We really cannot recommend this tour enough. My face is hurting from laughing. Plus we were treated to a bizarre but lovely musical treat on our way home. Mount Titlis was magnificent, we got the gold ice flyer option, and didn’t regret it but our favourite part aside from the truly breathtaking views was the mini tabbogans (in place of snowtubing) absolutely brilliant fun! Although hubby lamented not having the rubber rings. We found the ice cave pretty underwhelming to be honest. Just a tip, if you’re on limited funds, take a packed lunch, the food is eyewateringly expensive!

2.00The driver dropped you off 10 minutes away from the city center in an industrial area in Lucerne. 😡 Then when we arrived at the mountain the activity we paid for was closed. On the bus the bathroom was broken . So I wouldn’t recommend this trip

4.00The excursion was lovely, but negatively impacted by the weather (several things closed at the top of Mt Titlas because of the wind). The time in Lucerne was great - the driver gave us a quick orientation for where things were then set us free to explore. The drive between Lucern and Mt Titlas was especially beautiful. The things we could do at the mountain were great. The gondola rides were beautiful, the ice cavern was fun and we had a lovely meal at the restaurant. I would definitely consider this excursion again, although would probably wait to the last minute to book until I have a better idea of the weather.

5.00They were at an easy location for pick up and drop off. The driver and assistant was very informative- gave us maps, made sure we knew where to meet once we were let go to enjoy the town and MT Titlis. Bus was very clean. And there was plenty of time! Something that usually bothers me because we feel rushed on other tours. Great, great, great!!! 5 Stars. Use this tour.

4.00The excursion to Mt Titlis was absolutely fabulous! We were lucky to have such great weather and I would highly recommend an excursion to anyone travelling to Switzerland. We enjoyed our few hours we were able to spend in Lucerne as well. The reason I did not give this a five star, was because of the substandard transportation that we ended up going in, and the fact that the company added a few extra stops to pick up people along the way for other excursions, which was not initially planned, which made our day extra long. Our excursion was supposed to be nine hours. It took almost 11 before we got home. I had spoken to the operator the night before so that we could make dinner reservations when we returned in the evening, and despite him assuring me, we would be back by six, we did not get back until well after seven, which made us late for our reservations. The bus should have taken the group of 30 people directly from Zürich to the mountain and then back, but unfortunately, we had to stop in Lucerne, during rush-hour traffic which caused extreme delay, and drop a few people off that we had picked up along the way. This was not in the initial plan, and inconvenienced everyone in our group. The bus was an older coach bus, but did not have a bathroom, did not have charging ports, had no working task lights at the seats, and no Wi-Fi. We paid almost $300 per person so I would’ve at least expected a bus with some more amenities. Our travel time to and from the mountain was two hours each way, and we had some young children on our bus so a restroom would have been expected given the high cost of this excursion Had we been on a higher quality bus that was perhaps more modern, and had we not done a milk run by picking extra people up and dropping them off on our way home, I would’ve given this five stars. I did contact Viator these concerns two days ago, but never heard back

5.00The views were spectacular! Also, the tour guide was so easy to understand, and there was a decent amount of time at each stop. I highly recommend this tour!!! Do NOT miss the ice Flyer views!

5.00It was fun and our bus left on time. John, our driver was a great driver! He also explained to us our timeline and gave us pointers so we can fully enjoy our time in Lucerne and at Mt. Titlis’ summit. We did the ice flier, cliff walk and went through the ice cave! Got some ice cream and had time to sit down and enjoy a light lunch at the restaurant. The pumpkin soup was delicious and French fries were yummy. It was a great and enjoyable experience!
