What To Expect
Mt. Inunaki
犬鳴山は日本最古の霊山の一つとされています。近年の歴史研究や修験道の学術研究の進歩により、犬鳴山は修験道の発祥の地であると考えられています。私たちはこの山を登り七宝瀧寺を参拝します。泉佐野駅から犬鳴山までのバス約35分と往復の交通費がツアー時間に含まれております。
Shipporyuji Temple
参道の両側には石柱が並び、赤と黒の幟が立てられています。七宝瀧寺は修験道の寺院であり、多くの神社や仏像が祀られています。石鳥居の向こうに布袋像が見えるなど、神仏習合の寺院です。山の中を犬鳴川が流れ、7つの滝や修行場があります。

5.00Our day was mostly rainy, but we still enjoyed the walk to the temple. Beautiful scenery. Guide shared several local stories. The lunch was an unexpected treat - more than 30 dishes with seasonal vegetables. Hot springs with open air view were serene, relaxing, very clean.

5.00Friendly and knowledgeable guide, learnt a lot about the history and importance of the mountain. Beautiful scenery with running stream and waterfalls throughout. Relaxing afternoon spent in private room at ryokan. Generous and delicious lunch and got to experience onsen bath with view out over mountain stream. Highly recommend, only a short trip from Osaka.

5.00It was a beautiful hike! Not bad at all, about an hour or so. Was very doable! Then had an 11 course meal after followed with the private onsen. Such a nice experience! Yoshimoto, Masa, and Ken were all very nice and helpful!
