He was professional, highly experienced, knowledgeable, well-organized, and made the entire day enjoyable from start to finish. He communicated clearly in English, kept the group engaged, and ensured that everyone felt included and informed throughout the tour. His enthusiasm, friendliness, and expertise made a significant difference in our overall experience.   Our day started with a quick transfer from Starhotel Terminus to Molo Beverello with our chauffeur Tommaso with fluent english, so we had a good conversation until drop off. Our tour guide was Titti, also with excellent english AND spanish. She was really helpful, explained everything that was useful, and spared a lot of time and money for us actually. I think we have seen almost everything that we wanted.

  Our guide Titti had the best tips for Capri and Anacapri visit. She was energetic and fun and kept good care of the group. Capri island was busy but we managed to get nice views.

  Although tour was booked through World tours, we were very fortunate to have Gabriel Casavega as our tour leader. Gabriel met us singing No Scotland No Party (we are Scottish). Was so funny throughout the tour from his "I know people" to having us singing on the bus. Truly amazing leader, very knowledgeable and gave 150% to ensure our day was an experience to remember.

  Yesterday, I had the pleasure of joining a tour to Capri and Anacapri from Naples, and our tour guide, Gabriel Casavega, made the experience truly exceptional.
