  If I could give this company ZERO stars, I would. This is hands down one of the most unprofessional and poorly managed businesses I have ever dealt with. I prepaid nearly $1,000 for a 5-person, 5-hour excursion and called simply to confirm my reservation. Instead of receiving a straightforward answer, I was given the runaround. The representative, Nick, repeatedly avoided answering basic questions and kept saying, “I’ll call you back.” Despite having my confirmation information in front of him, he refused to provide any clarity or assurance that our booking was secured. After waiting more than two hours without a single update, callback, email, or explanation, I contacted TripAdvisor/Viator and filed a complaint. Almost immediately afterward, I received notification that the tour operator had canceled the trip altogether. To make matters worse, this happened after my family and I had already arrived in Barbados and were counting on this excursion as part of our vacation plans. The complete lack of communication, professionalism, accountability, and customer service is unacceptable. This company took my money, failed to honor the reservation, failed to communicate, and then canceled at the last minute, leaving us scrambling to make alternative arrangements during our trip. Avoid this company at all costs. Based on my experience, this operation is run by amateurs who have no regard for their customers’ time, money, or vacation plans.

  We went as a family on the Nauti by Nature with Captain Josh and Chad. It was a wonderful experience! These guys know what they are doing! Josh took the time to answer all of my children's questions and took time as well to assist them reeling in, explaining really clearly what needed to be done. As a parent I felt safe and could just relax and enjoy the ride. We didn't catch a lot of fish today but nevertheless we all loved it and highly recommend it!

  We had lots of fun aboard Nauti Dreams with Mario and Bradley, catching Barracuda and snorkelling with other fish. Definitely recommend!

  We booked the fishing, bbq, snorkel for 6 people. Delighted to be entertained by Zac and Jayden ( ask for this combo) they were excellent company , easy going, funny and full of fish stories , ours to add to it! These are big fish that you catch, if you’ve never done it before , it is quite an experience! (With a lot of help) We caught one baracuda and several humongous Wahu. Then we went into a calm bay and Zac made up a delicious fresh-as-you-can-get wahu sashimi which was followed by excellent spiced bbqed wahu and baracuda ..a few beers ..bit of sunshine …on the ocean.. just the cure for a bunch of sun deprived Brits .   Josh and Jaden were great to fish with. When we mossed a few due to the way they weee biting that day, they didn’t give up and switched it up just a little to ensure we got a nice one.

  As a group of 11 visiting Barbados, 9 of us decided to celebrate my 60th birthday aboard Nauti Dreams with Captain Marlon and First Mate Mario. The sea-state forecast was. Calling for high wind and waves, and we were more concerned with keeping our breakfasts down than catching supper until Marlon gave us enough information to shape our 5-hour trip around the conditions and our interests. Marlon took us out to deep water with the intention of changing the plan if we weren't handling it, and we trolled for a bit with minimal success. He was in constant contact with other boats working different areas despite interacting with those of us up on the flybridge. Making the call to head back to the reef's edge, Marlon got us onto the barracuda as quickly as Mario could re-bait the rigs...which was impressively fast. From the 65 year young matriarch to the 25 year-old athlete we all had a chance in the fighting chair, and had a blast landing 'cudas, snapper, and Caribbean mackerel. We finished the day snorkeling the wrecks on Carlisle Bay and docked with slightly fewer fish than grins. A very special day indeed.

  We went out 29th Oct 2025 with Cpt Jaeden and mate Bradley. After a mix up the day before with bookings due to a human error we were so impressed with the way this Charter company responded. They were rapid at rectifying the issue and getting us straight out on the water the next morning. We were made to feel valued and genuinely wanted throughout the whole experience. Jaeden is a great Cpt but also very obviously a keen fisherman who puts his all in to catch fish for his guests. Bradley was a fantastic hand and by my side through the catch of my life! We were hoping to hit some Mahi Mahi but expectations not massive given the season. We started the day with two small bay blackfin and then to our surprise and with some great boat handling at the point the sailfish first showed - we hooked up! What an experience. One I will never forget. We landed a beautiful 40-50lb Sailfish. Safely returned to the ocean. A few small amber and others followed by two mahi mahi rounded the morning off. The keenness of both Bradley and Jaeden to fish and keep fishing really showed. I would highly recommend this company an in particular Jaeden and Bradley who did themselves and the Nauti company proud today. Thanks again. We will be back.

  

  

  

• Experience of a lifetime!

  OH MY GOD! Yesterday was the most epic thing to ever happen to me! The captain and staff were so accommodating and we had a blast catching some Mahi (dolphin) and a couple of other fish species early in the day, However, as we were about to start heading back to port. We dropped some lines to really go for the big guys and BAM! We hooked into a 300-400lb Marlin! These fisherman really knew what they were doing and we kept this prehistoric beast on the line for almost 5 hours!!! It was one of the most exhausting things I’ve ever seen and done. The excitement when you hook up with a fish like that is unreal. A once in a lifetime experience. We fought it to the boat several times and had to chase away multiple sharks that kept scaring the fish back out or back to the depths. Honestly I am still buzzing from the whole thing 24 hours later. It’s been a dream of mine to hook into something of that size and these guys made it happen! I can not recommend these guys enough! Thank you for the experience of a lifetime. We booked them for another trip out before we head back home! Absolutely unreal!

  Brilliant day on the water with Nauti Dreams. Jayden & Patrick were just brilliant!! Made us feel very welcome on the boat, worked hard to put us on the fish and took us to some great snorkelling spots to finish up the day.

  Fished with Marlin and King. Marlin is top notch and incredibly free with his knowledge of the local waters. Quality charters in the Caribbean can be a bit hit or miss but not with the Nauti Fleet. We caught a sail and several kingfish but there were more to be had if our schedule would have allowed us to stay out longer. Fished a 4 rod spread with well maintained Shimano 50s and 30s. Will definitely book with them again next time we get down there. There is a reason they do well in the regions tournaments.
