  I booked with Know Jamaica Tours in February for my birthday trip to Dunn’s River Falls with my sister and daughter, and it was such an amazing experience from start to finish. Everything was well organized, smooth, and professional. Our tour guide, Javia, was absolutely amazing 😁😁 very friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and made the entire trip fun and comfortable for us. He went above and beyond to make sure everyone was safe, enjoying themselves, and having a great time. His positive energy and great customer service truly made the experience even more memorable. Dunn’s River Falls was beautiful, and this birthday trip became such a special memory for me and my family. I would definitely recommend Know Jamaica Tours to anyone visiting Jamaica and looking for a reliable and enjoyable tour experience.   Thank you Know Jamaica Tours for showing our family of 5 a fabulous time in Ocho Rios. Marva helped us design a fun day touring the Blue Hole, horseback riding and lunch. Bess (our amazing tour guide) safely drove us around town for about 4 hours. He was friendly and informative. At the end of the tour, he found a nice woman to braid my daughter's hair, very fun! We all had such a great experience with zero complaints. Thank you all again!!
