  Busal was a very pleasant tour guide. He made us feel very comfortable. He allowed us time to explore and did not rush. He was attentive to everyone on the group, even answering questions for my 8 year old son. I would recommend another lunch place. I was not impressed with the service.   We enjoyed the actual destination of Harakone even though it was foggy at the top of the gondola ride. The restaurant for lunch was quite good. The cruise on Ashi lake was also quite beautiful and relaxing. Now the bad: the driver was 45 minutes late to pick up. He also asked all kinds of inappropriate questions about politics, lifestyle, religion, even the war in Gaza. Also would speed 120km in an 80km and follow cars much too closely. Several times I thought we were going to crash. Very happy to have arrived back the hotel in one piece. We probably would not choose Viator again.

• Great Mt. Fuji Adventure

  Our tour guide Asad was fantastic. We hit some traffic on the way to Mt. Fuji, but Asad dealt with it and made our trip to Mt. Fuji enjoyable. We were still able to catch the sites and ended up having a fantastic view of Mt. Fuji.

  Good service. Personal attention. It was a long drive but comfortable vehicle. You can’t see everything on the itinerary, pick and choose a few.
