5.00We arranged a customized private pre-arranged Viator tour of Osaka, including hotel pickup due to time constraints and unfamiliarity with the city, specifically requesting visits to Osaka Castle and cherry blossoms, with the remainder of the tour being left to the guide's discretion. Our guide exceeded expectations, adeptly identifying optimal vantage points for photographing Osaka Castle, including a reflection shot in a pond, followed by a brief stroll to a picturesque row of reasonably fully bloomed cherry blossoms. Subsequently, he escorted us to Tsutenkaku Tower and the Shinsekai entertainment district. We then proceeded to take a leisurely walk around the nearby museum situated near the water, adorned with cherry blossoms and a small walking bridge with a backdrop of the Tsutenkaku Tower, creating a romantic ambiance. The tour culminated at the Abeno Harukas building, Osaka's tallest structure, where we visited the observation deck on the 60th floor, offering panoramic views of Osaka. From the moment we met our guide, Alessandro, he was warm, friendly, knowledgeable and attentive to our needs, consistently ensuring our satisfaction and providing suggestions while engaging in conversations with us. We highly recommend Alessandro.
