5.00I gotta give a massive shoutout to our Tour Now guide. We were a handful - always lagging, asking a million questions, and generally being tourists. But our guide Alfredo? Patience of a saint, I swear. Always smiling, waiting calmly, and answering every question like it was the first. It’s not just about seeing the sights, you know? It’s about enjoying the time, understanding, and soaking it all in. Thanks to Tour Now, we did just that, plus laughed our way through Panama City. 10/10 would recommend!

5.00Carlos was professional, knowledgeable and detailed oriented. He thought of everything from snacks and water to the restroom stops to the must have photos. He incorporates every detail so seamlessly into the tours (I took 2 with him -city walking tour of the old city in Panama City and the tour of the monkey jungle Gatun lake and the Panama Canal. His timing was excellent, his demeanor very respectful. He was responsive to our dietary needs and customized us a tour that was unforgettable.

5.00Carlos was amazing. Our flight was delayed in the air and Carlos was still waiting when we came out of the airport. On route to the hotel he told us about the city and was very knowledgeable. We contacted him again about a tour of the city and his rate was very reasonable. He gave us a great city tour and told us about all the changes over the years. Such a fun adventure and I cannot say how nice it was to spend time with Carlos.
