  I was headed to a conference and booked this last minute on the flight into Phoenix. I’m so glad I was able to cross off a bucket list item during this short trip! The team at Hot Air Expeditions was so friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Captain Don has so much experience and was so funny with his stories.   Our experience was Top Notch!! Ethan our driver was very knowledgeable and willing to answer all questions with such a warm spirit. Tommy our pilot was so funny and easy to talk to with so many years of experience. The service is and 10 out 10 . The breakfast was amazing as well. And toast to this wonderful experience and the crew members all were very well accommodating towards each person needs on the ride. I would highly recommend this company for future events!! My ride today was EPIC!!

  misleading, this is for large groups balloon ride not couples as it states in numerous spots throughout the Groupon and doesn't disclose at all what type you are purchasing on trip advisor. I called and asked how to book using the groupon and was informed it is not valid on the private options. and no discount on the private ones.

  Had an absolutely amazing experience on my solo birthday trip! The hot air balloon ride was the perfect way to celebrate and reflect. What made it even more special was meeting another solo traveler whose birthday happened to be the exact same day as mine. The crew was professional, courteous, and made everyone feel safe and comfortable from start to finish. The views were breathtaking, peaceful, and truly something I’ll never forget. If you’re considering this experience, especially for a special occasion or solo adventure, I highly recommend it!

  The pick up time was changed last minute so we missed our pick up but was able to make it in time to the meet up. For international travelers, it is important to check your home sim. The experience was amazing, our driver and pilot were both great. The breakfast after was lovely. Such a wonderful first time experience for us.
