5.00We had a great tour with Alona! We covered so much ground while not getting exhausted - the tour was the perfect length and she provided so much background without it feeling like too much. Also, I tripped early in the tour and Alona brought medical support over right away so I could enjoy the rest of the tour. Highly recommend this experience!

5.00We had the good fortune of having a wonderful experience in our Private Guided Tour of pompeii with the enthusiastic and thoughtful guidance of our exceptional expert guide Silvia. She had a wealth of knowledge which made the tour very meaningful for my niece and i. Silvia was very flexible accommodating our areas of interests and photo stops, and even accommodated our late arrival after unexpected traffic issues we route from Rome. All in all an exceptional experience!!!!!!!!

5.00Extraordinary experience not only for the beauty of Pompeii but also for the skill, competence, and passion of our private guide Angela! We were two couples. Not only did she explain everything we saw wonderfully well and with great passion, but she also chose the best route to go against the crowd (there were many people) to help us enjoy the experience to the fullest. Top-notch service.

5.00Angela was exceptional. She knew the areas of Pompeii that are most of interest and could help us navigate the vast site with ease. She showed us a wide variety of sights and was able to help our teenage children to connect what they already know about the Romans to what they were seeing and experiencing. Her English was superb and she was very friendly.
A private tour guide at Pompei is a must, you won't regret it! Worth every penny.

5.00Having visited Pompeii before with a large group, I knew firsthand how indispensable an experienced guide is. It's an enormous site, you could spend days exploring, and simply walking around looking at things without context is a missed opportunity. Taking my family for the first time, I wanted to make sure we got the most out of it, especially for the teens. We booked a private guide for just our group, which made all the difference. Over three hours, we stayed on schedule, covered the highlights, and had someone who could answer every question thrown her way. Our guide, Daniela, was outstanding. With a degree in archaeology and deep knowledge of the site, she brought Pompeii to life in a way that kept everyone engaged. The whole family agreed, she made the experience.

5.00Silvia is the best! A tour guide is a must for Pompeii, ideally a private tour. We were lucky enough to book one and did the faster version (2 hours) with Silvia. She was incredible. She has a background in both history and archaeology. We learned so much while she kept it fun and kept us shaded as much as possible!
