• Great experience if accessibility features can be better

  The experience was meant to be really good. The deck is very small and most people wants to be out there in the deck. There’s no seats especially prepare for people with disabilities so I was forced to stand and also children are very well even though I had a Carer to help me care for my children but it was very obvious that everyone wants to be sitting on the deck. They don’t really care there other people who have more it is not a step free experience but that’s okay. I think more accessibility features should be designed to be more inclusive.

  Half hour up, half hour back. Weather was great. Don't need to do it again. Not crowded, so moving around was ideal. Daughter almost fell asleep.

  It was a stunning autumn Melbourne day. The boat trip was relaxing and informative. The seats were a bit close to each other and a very limited bar service. We were surprised by the extent of the port as we headed towards west gate bridge. Melbournes creative architecture was proudly on display. Well worth it.

  We had a wonderful time on this tour. We got to see a herd of kangaroos and a few koalas in the wild. The 12 Apostles and the temperate rainforest with its ancient fern trees were highlights. Our driver/ guide was excellent.

  We had some time to kill and wanted to do a tour. The tour was interesting and lasts about 60 minutes. Crew was friendly and they had beverages available for sale and rest rooms. A recording played over the loud speakers to tell about things on either side of the boat.

  Cruise described as wheelchair accessible, it wasn't, we had to leave our wheelchair behind, no ramp and steps onto boat and down onto viewing area. Of course we had same problems getting off the boat. Do not falsely advertise something that clearly could not be provided!

  Nice, cozy boat tour the information comes off the production line and therefore no communication with questions and answers is possible

  We paid for a 2hour cruise. Left the wharf headed to the port and were back at the wharf in 58 minutes Driver thanked us for choosing them and we were told that was it. There is quiet a difference in 58 minutes to 2 hours. I feel we were ripped off. Tourists are an eazy target Cheers Bob

• Great way to see the city

  A great way to see the skyline of Melbourne! The boat was a bit old on the inside and smelt a bit off but I enjoyed sitting out the back in the fresh air. Only downside was that you then missed the historic commentary that played in the interior of the boat.
