  The guide, Alisa, is absolutely professional! We really appreciate her assistance for arranging airport drop off service!! The overall tour experience is more than great. I guess we were lucky, since she told us that it rained in Zhangjiajie for more than 1 month, it was not the case for us, amazing view!

  Highly recommend zhangjiajie, it has a really different nature view compare with all national park I went in the US. Service great and guide was easily to communicate. If ur a nature view lover, you need to visit here.

  We had a really good experience travelling here. In the beginning, we wanted to plan the full trip by ourselves, but it turned out to be too complicated. So we found them to help us. The part I really like about them is their service. On-time reply with clear info. Price is acceptable as well. We only have a really short time period, so we chose this two-day trip. We were worried that the time was not enough for us to go through everything we wanted, so we talked to their CS. They gave really reasonable suggestions and were really patient with all of our requests. If you are looking for some professional help, they are the right choice.

  Their service is nice and we felt so welcomed. We have four people and they upgraded the pick up car for us for free!!! We really like how they adjusted our schedule to minimize waiting time.

  We had an absolutely incredible experience with China Journey Expert during our two-day private guided tour in Zhangjiajie. From the moment they picked us up at the airport, everything was seamless and thoughtfully planned. They even took us to a wonderful local lunch before heading straight to the Grand Canyon, where we experienced the famous glass bridge, zip lining, virtual reality hot air balloons, the glass slide, and an unforgettable hike along the river. Every activity was amazing, but what really stood out was how efficiently everything was organized. Transportation was smooth every day, with pick up in a huge comfortable bus and reliable drop offs back at our hotel, making the entire trip effortless. Our guide, John, was outstanding. He expertly navigated the crowds and helped us avoid long lines, allowing us to fit so much into just two days. Thanks to him, we were able to fully enjoy all the highlights without feeling rushed or overwhelmed. The Avatar Mountains were absolutely breathtaking. Truly a once in a lifetime sight. Riding the Bailong elevator to take in that breathtaking view was incredible, and the tram ride down also offered stunning views the entire way. John also made sure we didn’t miss the monkeys, which was a fun highlight, and was incredibly patient and accommodating when our teens wanted to shop for souvenirs. He made the experience feel personal and stress free. I can’t recommend China Journey Expert enough.
