5.00This was an AWESOME experience. Our guide, Steven, was excellent. He gave us so much history of both the mustangs and the area. He knew right where to go to find the mustangs and we had incredible views of them.
A tour that could have been better

3.00Overall, we were not happy with our tour. Mainly because we signed up for a 4 hour tour, but our guide only gave us 3 hours. The horses were not readily available which was not our guide's fault, but we have since learned that there are different approaches to the area which he didn't utilize. Maybe it was the fact that we were in a big van, but since we paid extra for a private tour, it would have been better to have been in a jeep with a guide experienced in the 2 tracks and the knowledge how to access all areas of HMA. Our guide was nice and friendly, but compared to other guides we have used, we didn't feel he was overly knowledgeable.

5.00The best part of our tour was getting to see not just one but two herds of wild horses! Our tour guide Alice knew right where to go to find them. She was personable, knowledgeable about the area and just a lot of fun to guide us. Our van was very comfortable especially in the early morning cold. We were provided binoculars to see up close, too. We were so lucky to be able to get as near to the horses as we did without being too close. But it was so awesome to be as close as we did. The horses were gorgeous and looked well-fed and content. This tour was the absolute highlight of our vacation and we would highly recommend Red Canyon Tours to anyone.

5.00Jay took us right out to one of the herds. Beautiful scenery and beautiful horses. He was interesting to listen to with his knowledge of horses and the area.
Excellent trip and I highly recommend it.

5.00Excellent service and guide. Guide knew a lot about the horses and takes tours almost every day. I would highly recommend for anyone wanting to see wild mustangs in Wyoming.
