  Such a great experience and amazing views. The bikes are electric assist - not fully electric which is awesome as you get a work out in and also challenging with the hills but I loved it. I loved that we got to ride as a family and the guide stays in the van just ahead or behind us incase of emergenies and this allowed us to keep a coat or extra gear in the van incase it was needed and jump out to hike certain areas when we wanted. We weren't able to finish the whole tour due to a sick kid at home and the strong winds were really bothering me but I absolutely loved the time we had there. The bagel sandwhiches we ordered were great as well

  

  

  

  

• Wonderful and unique way to see the Badlands

  From making the reservation through the end of trip everyone at company was great to deal with. We had our three kids in their 20s join us and all logistics were taken care of for a great and unique way to experience the badlands.

  After spending a lot of time in a vehicle the day prior, we decided to do the e-bike tour through the Badlands rather than the driving tour. What a great decision. Having a private tour through Black Hills Tour Company, we were able to make this switch easily. It felt great being outside riding mainly downhill and having the e bike assistance uphill. It was still exercise, but with a little help to keep it fun too!! Joel, our private guide, drove ahead and showed us the spots to stop and filled us in on all the highlights. The Badlands are beautiful! We biked the 22 miles and then had a great picnic lunch at the visitor center with a gorgeous backdrop. Afterwards, we drove to Wall Drug Store because we had to see it after seeing all the signs on the drive out to the Badlands and Joel filled us in on missile silos along the route home. It was a fantastic day and one we never would have done without having somebody provide the bikes- do a drop off and pick up 22 miles away - make sure the bikes are in great shape- and laid out a great picnic lunch. Usually I’m the one getting everything together for my family, it was just fabulous showing up and having someone else do it for me! Thanks Joel for a memorable day!

  What an awesome experience! Incredible views, great friendly guide, and a smooth ride made for a wonderful and memorable experience. The Black Hills Tour company was terrific to work with.
