He assisted us with our luggage all the way, and upon arrival at our hotel, he helped us find the lobby area, which was located on the second floor. Many thanks to our excellent driver and for this excellent surface.

5.00this was perfect. great communication in advance to arrange a meeting point. car was comfortable and clean. driver was polite and helpful. what a relief to be able to just relax while safely getting us and our luggage safely and quickly to our hotel when we were exhausted after a long travel day on our first trip to japan.

5.00The driver was prompt, met us at the customs exit helped take our luggage to his van & delivered us to the hotel safely. The only drawback was he didn’t speak English but we managed.
