He picked up our family of four directly from our hotel in Munich and crafted a personalized itinerary that included Neuschwanstein Castle. Lucas knew all the insider “hacks” to bypass lines and avoid the typical tourist traps, saving us time and making the experience more enjoyable. What set Lucas apart was his flexibility. He listened to our feedback throughout the day and adjusted plans accordingly. He’s also a fun person to be around—my teenage kids especially enjoyed his humor and energy.
