5.00Our operator Oskar arrived punctually in a nice minivan and regaled us with information on Poland and Auschwitz en route to the Auschwitz trip. He took care of everything and entry into the museum with our private guide was very smooth! He also arranged our linch boxes and was promptly waiting for us at pickup points. We are very happy and satisfied with the trip and his arrangements. Oskar was very responsive with queries and made all arrangements on the phone and lived up to all his promises! Thanks Oskar

5.00Our tour exceeded our expectations! Barbara was our guide. She was extremely knowledgeable and guided us through the history of the Krakow Jewish quarter and Schindler's factory. She was friendly and helpful. Couldnt have asked for more. Highly recommend!!!

5.00Wonderfully painless. Oskar picked us up right at our doorway in Krakow and delivered us safely to our guide at Auschwitz. He made sure that we had water, restrooms, etc without us having to ask. The tour experience is draining, so having a safe, comfortable ride back home was greatly appreciated. Highly recommend -Oskar is an excellent driver.

5.00Everything was perfect, from the booking to the communication prior and the day itself. Oskar is wonderful and I would recommend everyone to book with him. Auschwitz is a must see, heartbreaking but eye-opening. It was drizzling when we went but the tour was efficient, well managed. Thank you, Oskar for arranging this in advance and making sure we had the chance to go.

Since we were on the first tour of the day, he even made sure to have food prepared for us during the midway break, which was a much-appreciated touch.

5.00Highly recommend. An excellent service provided by Oskar. Great communication right from booking. He picked us up and took care of us all day, getting us exactly where we needed to be with no stress. A moving tour and a must do if in Krakow. The lunch he provided was perfect. We even used him to organise our airport transfers. Truly can’t recommend Oskar enough.

5.00We arranged a private tour to Auschwitz in early January with Oskar. He met us promptly at our hotel in a very comfortable car for the 3 of us. He went out of his way to be flexible and accommodate our tight schedule even arranging box lunches for us to eat in the car after the tour. The tour itself was very moving and a must see experience. Oskar met us when we exited with our museum-assigned guide and took us to our hotel for a quick stop an then a drop off at our next event. 5 stars for sure on this service, maybe even 6 if that was an option!
