5.00It was the best tour I’ve had anywhere, ever. Our guide, Annisa was outstanding. She is highly knowledgeable and so pleasant to walk through Kyoto with. She is immediately likable and taught us much interesting history while making the tour fun. I highly recommend this tour and hope that you are lucky enough to have Annisa guide you.

5.00Jose was a fantastic tour guide for our mixed-generation family of 7. We had him for 1.5 days and saw quite a lot of Kyoto, but he didn’t make us feel rushed. He was able to connect well with the kids while throughly explaining the history of Kyoto’s sites to our parents (his English is excellent!). Thank you for a great couple of days!

5.00We had the pleasure of spending yesterday with Ceci, and it was one of the highlights of our trip to Japan. She is an incredibly knowledgeable guide with a deep understanding of Japanese history, culture, and traditions. Her explanations were fascinating, especially when she spoke about geishas and their important role in Japanese society. She brought history to life in a way that was both engaging and memorable. What made the experience even more special was Ceci herself. She is a warm, caring, and thoughtful person who genuinely looks after her guests. Throughout the tour, she was attentive to our needs and made sure everyone felt comfortable and included. What impressed us most was her kindness after the tour had officially ended. She did not simply say goodbye and leave. Instead, she helped us get a taxi, carefully explained our destination to the driver, and made sure we were safely on our way. That level of care and dedication is rare and deeply appreciated. Ceci is not only an outstanding guide but also a wonderful human being. We are extremely grateful for the time we spent with her and would recommend her without hesitation to anyone visiting Japan. Thank you, Ceci, for your knowledge, kindness, and genuine care. You made our day truly unforgettable.

5.00We were 3 reited couples on our firstt trip to Japan. Riku was am excellent tour guide. He spoke very good English. We created a customized tour. The van we were transported in was large, comfortable, air conditioned, and equipped with wifi.

5.00This is an excellent tour. We took a private tour of Austin. He was punctual. He took us to various sites within the city. His explanations were thorough. His Pace was very good. We covered a lot of ground with many shrines and temples. We saw sites of historical and cultural significance. We had life at a local restaurant with Japanese comfort food. All of my family interacted well with him and he provided much information which is beneficial for the rest of the trip. I highly recommend this tour.

We got a great orientation to the old city and saw a number of the key sites, and he gave us great recommendations for what to see, do, and eat on the rest of our trip. He was knowledgeable and really good at flexing to what our group was most interested in. We would tour with Milo again!

5.00We had a great 3 hour walking tour of Kyoto on our first day in town with Milo. Not only did we get a thorough tour with an excellent overview of the city and culture - he also gave us great recommendations for the rest of our time here. Milo really adjusted to our family’s interests and energy level and made it feel like “our” tour instead of a formula. We would enjoy touring with him again!

5.00This was one of the best experiences of our trip to Kyoto. Our guide, Rhea (also known as Sarah), was wonderful—friendly, knowledgeable, and flexible. She adjusted the itinerary to match our family's interests and pace, which made the tour feel very personalized. Traveling with two teenagers can be challenging, but she kept everyone engaged and made the day enjoyable for all of us. We learned so much about Kyoto while also discovering places we would never have found on our own. Highly recommend this tour, and if you're lucky enough to get Rhea as your guide, you're in great hands!
