• Delightful sauna and dinner experience for a group of 20

  This is my 3rd time visiting with Alex and his wife. They set everything up seamlessly for our sauna with lake jump and a delightful dinner. Their setup is perfect, provided towels, plastic sandals and everything we could need for a proper sauna. We come with a group of 10 to 20, so no easy task. They are fantastic hosts that make you feel like you are with family. If you are thinking of doing any tour with them, don't hesitate, you are in the best hands.

  It was a great night. Very loving care. The sauna, swimming in the lake was great. The tranquility at this lake was madness. The guide, Alex, has also told a lot about Lapland and everyday life. It was really super interesting.

  Loved the experience! In a small group we could really enjoy relaxing evening in sauna and even jump to the lake - appreciated a lot this private atmosphere. Dinner was absolutely delicious (grilled salmon, veggies very tasty homemade sauce, cookies and of course glogi!), the table was set really nice and we all within a group had lovely chat though we just met one another. Big thanks to Pedro for driving us there and back and telling interesting stories about finnish and reindeers' lifestyle - and Tanja for hosting us and letting us feel like at home. Small note - as there is traditional finnish sauna, there is no shower. but the lake is just nearby for refreshment :)

  They picked us up from the hotel on time and accompanied us to a cottage outside Rovaniemi where there was a traditional sauna and a frozen lake to cool off (you absolutely have to try it). We were served a simple and delicious dinner waiting for the Northern Lights (which unfortunately we did not see). Our guide Tania was super cute and made this experience unforgettable

  the evening was magnificent! the experience was intimate and the sauna was beautiful and clean. dinner was also traditionally Finnish, local, and very yummy!!

  It was a great experience for me and my friends. Alex and his wife were extremely helpful and kind. After the sauna, we had a chance to hear some facts and stories about Finland and their neighbourhood. I definitely recommend for everyone to have such experience with such great people!

  We had a wonderful evening somewhere in nowhere:-) Alex is a great host and told us a lot about life in Lapland. The sauna experience followed by an ice bath was also an absolute experience. Thanks for the great time!

  We were two people. We were picked up at our hotel. We had chosen the afternoon tour. That was fantastic. Nice low winter sun, let us enjoy the beautiful surroundings by the lake to the fullest. Minus 6 degrees and a fine, thin layer of new snow everywhere. The sauna was ready when we arrived, and after a quick and comprehensive introduction to the sauna and facilities, we could just enjoy the beauty and peace without disturbances. A few hours later we dressed up and went up to the cabin where our amazing hosts had covered up with a lovely dinner. We sat there enjoying the food, the cracking fire from the fireplace and the beautiful view over the lake. The hosts were incredibly sweet and one felt welcome in every way.
