5.00Our journey from Lucerne to Lugano was an absolutely wonderful experience for our whole family. Our guide was incredibly kind, attentive, and thoughtful, especially with our child, making him feel comfortable and included throughout the trip. She turned a simple transfer into a beautiful and memorable journey, sharing lovely insights along the way and always making sure everyone was enjoying themselves. Her calm, caring nature and genuine warmth made the day feel very special. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will cherish this journey as one of the highlights of our time in Switzerland.

5.00We spent a fantastic day exploring Lugano by land and water. The city tour was a great way to get our bearings; our guide was incredibly informative, pointing out historical landmarks and charming corners we would have missed on our own. Following that with the lake excursion was the perfect finish—the views from the water are spectacular. A well-organized and insightful look at this beautiful city!
