5.00Paradise Hawaii was prompt and friendly. We used them for our group of 6 to pick up at Honolulu airport and take us to the hotel and then to return to the airport. Both transfers were smooth and on time.

5.00This ride service is the best! James was at the airport waiting for us with a bag cart & ID. He efficiently took us to his beautiful suburban & loaded all our heavy luggage. We asked where a close grocery store was for us to pickup groceries. He didn’t have a ride after so he thankfully took us to the store & waited while we shopped for our groceries. Then on the way to our condo I mentioned I had to pickup the keys at a different condo. James quickly said he would take us there also. At last he drove us to our final stop & assisted bringing all our groceries & luggage to the condo. James service went over & above & we are forever grateful!!! Thank you James-you have made us an appreciative repeat customer!
