  Tuarii was amazing! He was funny, welcoming, and knowledgeable. He made sure we were entertained, that we had enough time to view the sites, made sure our safety was primary, and gave us a deep history of the island and country. He answered all of our questions. If I were to recommend a tour on the island, it would be this one with Tuarii! Thank you Tuarii!

• Great way to learn island and have remarkable views

  This was a great way to get a peak at local culture and enjoy the entire island by car. The open back of the truck allows a great breeze to keep cool and good view on both sides of the road the mountain and the water. Tuarii was our guide and made this enjoyable by his capable driving (incredible back up skills) and knowledge of the island. He answered so many questions and provided us with water. He took time to for us and we enjoyed our afternoon with him. It was not as bumpy as we had been told but prepare for some off road, steep climbs.

  Half-day tour to discover Bora Bora on the road. Tiba is very nice, helpful, professional and speaks great English. He told me several anecdotes about Polynesian culture and the island of Bora Bora in general. We stopped briefly at Matira beach, Vaitape village and at the top of a mountain reachable only after 20 'of dirt road only passable with 4x4. The trip was a bit eventful, but it was worth it. We also stopped at a sarong shop/art gallery, where you can walk in the beautiful adjacent garden, enjoy freshly picked fruit and admire the remains of a marae.

  They picked us up at the cruise dock and took us all around the island, including up a few bumpy mountain roads to beautiful lookouts, and shared a nice blend of history and culture. Very nice!
