  Melissa was an excellent tour guide! Knows so much about San Antonio and its history and you can tell she truly enjoys doing this. Food was so good and very plentiful! Would recommend to anyone who is looking to for something to do on their trip to San Antonio. It lasted about 3 and a half ours with our group of 12.

  Alan Michael led us on an exceptional, culturally immersive tour of downtown San Antonio! We not only ate incredible food, but we also saw San Antonio’s beautiful landmarks, public art, and learned about the city’s deep-rooted culture. There were guests of various ages on our tour and he was very accommodating to everyone. Thank you for helping us create great memories in this colorful city.   David met us at Mi Tierra Café, and right away I knew we were off to a great start. He had such a cheerful, welcoming disposition and an impressive depth of knowledge that he shared effortlessly throughout the tour. It was genuinely fun spending the afternoon with him as he made everything feel relaxed, engaging, and personal. The food was absolutely delicious, and it was clear that David was well known and warmly greeted at every stop, which made the experience feel authentic rather than touristy. Each place felt thoughtfully chosen, and nothing felt rushed. This was easily one of the most enjoyable tours we’ve ever taken.   Loved the tour! Our guide, Alan-Michael was a gem. He was warm and engaging. He was quite knowledgeable about San Antonio and the places we stopped. Special thanks for coming to rescue us since we were having difficulty finding the meeting place!

  This was one of the best food tours I’ve ever been on and I’ve been on several. Our guide Alan Michael was absolutely amazing. He was by far the best host we’ve had on a tour… his knowledge about both food and San Antonio was amazing. He stayed engaged with all nine of us on the tour! He was excellent at describing food and pointed out many historical locations and historical points of interest about San Antonio. He also gave us lots of recommendations of other things to do within the city! All of the food places we tried gave us generous food portions and the food was unique and extraordinary amazing!! I can wait to go back to a couple of the restaurants we tried! Thanks again, Alan Michael!!

  Kicking off our visit to San Antonio with the Secret Food Tour was the best decision we made. Our tour guide, LAURA, was so knowledgeable about the history of San Antonio and engaging as she kept us entertained while walking from establishment to establishment. The food was great and meeting one of the restaurant owners was a real plus. The tour was small in size making it easy to meet new people and interact with our guide. The walking helped balance the food and the tour lasted about 3 hours. We saw so much of San Antonio and it was a great influence on the rest of our activities during the week. And lastly but not leastly, the food was AMAZING. So many different tastes and it also influenced some of our restaurant choices for a deeper dive into the menu. Great Value for the Cost!
