  On vacation for 1 week in Hong Kong, during the Chinese New Year, my wife and I asked "Hong Kong à la carte"! Stephanie guided us for 2 services (one visit to Hong in 5 hours and another to Kowloon in 3 hours)! Always with a communicative smile and kindness, she gave us a series of anecdotes about the city, its architecture, its way of life, its history and the inhabitants of this metropolis! We made several stops at typical restaurants. Passionate, Stephanie made our stay exciting! Professor of geo history having studied the area, I found nothing but happiness! However, I have only one regret.... Not having taken a 3rd excursion to discover Shenzen or Canton! Don't hesitate...Contact "Hong Kong à la carte"! Thanks Stephanie!

• Express tour of Hong Kong during a stopover

  Thanks to Alexandra we will keep a very good memory of the stopover in Hong Kong. She met us at the airport and showed us around the city. During the journey she told us the story, From Statue Square, the Peak Tram funicular uphill to Peak Victoria. Get off by taxi to join the star ferry to cross the bay. And finally the sound and light show. In five hours she made us discover a maximum. Professionalism at the top of this hkalacard.

  We had a nine hour layover in Hong Kong in route to Bangkok and thought it would be great to have a quick tour of Hong Kong. Fortunately, we chose very well in finding Hong Kong Al a Carte and Alexandra. Alexandra provided a flood of historical and current information in a charming and entertaining way. We felt like we got a rather complete tour of the city in such a short time. While planning I thought a car tour would be better… however I am so glad I chose a walking tour. I think it was much more immersive… walking the streets gave us a good sense of what it might be like to live in this beautiful city. At the end Alexandra was sure to see us off to the next step in our itinerary… hugs all around! Thanks very much for a wonderful experience!

  An unforgettable experience ! We spent two perfect days in Hong Kong with Stéphanie. Thank you again Stéphanie for your kindness, for adapting to our desires and our pace so easily. You managed the time perfectly and we loved every moment! I hope we will have the opportunity to come back and complete our visit with you! I recommend Hong Kong a la carte. Go there with your eyes closed!

  We had a great time with Alexandra who, in addition to being friendly, knows Hong Kong like the back of her hand! In 5 hours, she showed us the history and main places of this magnificent city! An experience that we can only warmly recommend to all passing visitors!

  We experienced a very interesting accompanying package with the tourist guide Stephanie. Courteous and very friendly Welcoming, she quickly captivated us with her explanations in French to fully understand the mores of the country, the political issues at the heart of the claims, cultural and religious beliefs. Finally, all the trips planned in Hong Kong to discover beautiful places were justified. Personally, I, my spouse and my 28-year-old son just loved it. In the end, it is a must to make a stay in Hong Kong a plus in such an exotic country. The rhythm of the support and transport allowed us not to feel rushed and we always had enough time to get clear explanations related to our questions. Undoubtedly, an indispensable favorite and you will see that trying it is adopting your turn. Thank you very much Stephanie Déry-Amyot family (August 2019)

  We did an overnight layover stay in Hong Kong. Even though our plane came one and half hours too late, everything went absolutly smooth and our guide Alexandra picked us up at the airport, organized everything perfectly so we could manage to see as much as possible of Hong Kong and to come back to the airport to get our plane to Frankfurt am Main on time. We wanted to experience this amazing city as much as possible and Alexandra has managed to make this tour unforgortable for us. She told us so much about history and interesting stories and legends concerning Hong Kong. For me, my husband and our both teenager girls (14 and 16 years old ) it was such a beautiful time with lots of fun and many impressions. Our guide Alex considered all our wishes, she went with us to the most important spots, we also took the Star Ferry to cross the Harbour, tried ice cream, went to the Temple Street night market located in the Jordan district one of Hong Kong’s most authentic area. We have even managed to take a quick bite (noodles with beef and chicken ) at one of the street restaurants. One of the special wish of our girls also was to visit the Hong Kong Hard Rock Cafe..:-) It was such a wunderful finishing of our Asia holiday. Thank you very much Alex ! We are still talking about this tour at home now and we can highly recommend it ! You should not miss to make this experience too....;-) JUST GREAT, we loved it !!!
