4.00Our driver was very prompt to meet us after we picked up our luggage and went right to the car. And then we headed straight to Cefalu. Apparently there had been a change of driver and our new driver didn’t speak English. That presented a bit of a problem. He did his best with a translating app to give us the basic information. However when we got to Cefalu, he didn’t drop us off in front of the hotel which is what was supposed to happen, instead it was a number of blocks away and we were left on our own to drag our suitcases over the cobblestones and eventually find our hotel, where we found out he could have driven us right to the front door! We were very disappointed with the service we paid for and feel that Viator did not carry through with what they had promised.
