1.00I booked the luxury car, the driver was super late, the car was not luxury and there was a dirty shirt in the back seat. The driver charged us an extra $30 because our hotel was a few miles further than he thought and was super rude about it. Overall not a good way to start vacation after flying for 12+ hours.

5.00We spent a week in Montenegro and used this agency three times during our stay. Service is excellent, the drivers are polite, helpful, punctual and good advice for visits. The cars are almost new and very well maintained. In addition, it was very easy to communicate with the agency via whatsapp especially what is a real plus, the responsiveness was there.
