5.00I was recommended the Tulum Adventure tour, and it was definitely the right choice for me! I wanted to check out some of the "must-do" activities but needed a half day tour versus full day, and I needed to be picked up from my hotel. No problem! Mata was a wonderful guide at the ruins site; he has a wealth of historical and scientific information and made it really interesting! We went early in the morning which enabled us to avoid lines and heat so that I had the best experience possible. He happily took multiple photos of me; much appreciated as I was solo. After the ruins was the cenote swim, which was abolutely amazing! I chose the underground cave cenote. What a gem! We were the only ones there, so it was really peaceful and spiritual. Again, Mata shared fascinating information along the way. He also made me feel safe, which was important to me as a female solo traveler. After that, we stopped for lunch at Burrito Amor, sitting outside to enjoy a delicious, relaxed meal with entertaining conversation. Mata is such a professional, yet easy-going warm individual. I can't recommend his comapny enough if you desire a fun, interesting, personalized, easy, magical Mexico adventure! This is his passion, and it really shows. Thank you Mata!
