  It was easy to find my driver after exiting the airport. He was waiting for me in uniform and with my name sign. My driver was fluent in English which is important to me. I have been visiting the DR for more than 15 years and have used other taxi services. When I found Rigo/Leonel and Marleny taxi tours and excursion, I stayed with them. They are always on time, professional and personable. I have been transported to the bank, the supermarket, umbrella street and shopping. I enjoyed my trip for a fresh fish dinner in Maimon. My driver did more than drive safely, he told me about the country's history, things to do in Puerto Plata and things that are new in the area. He also gave me tips to improve my Spanish. We had interesting conversations and I always felt safe with my drivers. My advice to travelers to the DR, do not rent a car. You need a skilled driver because the people drive differently here. Arrange for your taxi before your trip. Rigo Taxi is who you want to pick you up from the airport and take you on trips while you are there.

  I booked all my transportation and excursions needs through Rigo!! He over exceeded my expectations and I’m very particular about planning events/vacations!! Rigo and Leonel were very professional and reasonably priced! For once I have no complaints!

  Great Experience ! My plane was late arriving at POP Airport and my driver was still there waiting with sign in hand.. Spoke Very Good English and we chatted and gave me some useful tips. Thank you!

  Rigo was amazing. Great vibes and knowledgable about excursions and great places to eat. The taxi is big, comfy, you can choose the music and it even has wifi. Definitely will always book with him whenever I am in Puerto Plata.

  We used POP Dominican Transport service for our transport from Sosua to Santiago Airport. Our driver, Gilberto, was on time and very professional. His shuttle van was clean, spacious, and even had WiFi for our trip. I would highly recommend if you need a transport to Santiago or Puerta Plata Airport. A+ customer service! Will definitely use again when in Dominican Republic.
