5.00This was an excellent experience. The company contacted us the day before our flight to confirm. Our flight was somewhat early, but the company was in contact with us as soon as we landed. The driver, Eric, met us at baggage claim. He was courteous and pleasantly helpful with our luggage both at the airport and at our destination. His vehicle was parked just out side and we avoided that long walk and dragging our luggage to the Uber/taxi pick up area at San Juan airport. This was very important to us as my husband had recently injured his back and was not able to manage our luggage as he usually does. The price was only marginally more than an Uber would have cost. This will definitely be my 'go to' mode of transportation to/from San Juan airport for any future trips.

1.00The driver must have been the invisible man l couldn't find him. Had to go to the airport taxi rank, and it turns out that they are cheaper anyway so don't bother. I'm not having much luck getting a refund either.
