  We had a brilliant day. The tour ran like clockwork. The food in the boat was good and the shore landings enjoyable. We did 2 guided walks on Whitsunday island to viewpoints which were beautiful. We were thankful the staff went back to shore to collect my husband’s forgotten mobile phone and we loved the funny photos they took having retrieved it. I would recommend this trip.

  Comfortable boat for families, abundant food and drinks on board. Wonderful excursion to the viewpoint of Whitehaven Beach and its beach. Highly recommended

  The overall Trip was FIVE stars. The only reason I give it a 3-star review is becuase the day before our scheduled trip (Friday) they called to cancel the Saturday trip stating they didn't have the required minimum number of participants. The MAIN reason my family and I went to Airlie Beach was to go to the Whitehaven Beach and snorkel on the reef. So coming all that way only to have it cancelled 15 hours prior to the start of the tour was VERY frustrating. The tour operator did try to get us out the following Monday but still didn't have the minimum numbers. The only reason we were able to go was becuase I paid an extra $1,000 USD to get them to what they indicated they had to have to make the tour possible. Just be warned that while the trip is AMAZING, it can be cancelled last minute. The other frustrating thing about the Friday call to tell us it was cancelled on Saturday is that they didn't do anything to try to put us on another tour. I'm glad we made it happen but it ended up being a lot more expensive than we anticipated.

  We wanted a tour that we could bring our 12 month old on and this was the perfect baby friendly trip. You can bring a little pram and all the things you need. They had a shade shelter for the beach for us as well. The boat was perfect and smooth with a comfy indoor air con area for us to sit. The food was amazing. I wasn’t expecting it to be so good. Every guide was friendly and lovely. Always willing to answer any questions and take photos for you. The entire day ran perfectly from the bus pickup to drop off. We knew where to be and when without fuss. Of course Whitehaven beach was stunning and I’m so glad I booked this tour to go see it. Definitely worth it.
