Worst hospitality ever

1.00The only thing that was good was the incredible nature. The last two kilometers of the path were really bad and it almost damaged our car. The food was 18 euro and the portions and the quality was really bad. It said the drinks were included but it actually only included one shot of rakija. After lunch we went to change and get the equipment. When our rafting guide came he was angry about the staff not preparing the boat. He started hitting the volunteer in front of the entire group, insulting him and threatining to kill him. Another staff member came and tried to defend him, he started hitting him too. At the same time some people tried to separate them and he went yellin not to get involved. Some members of the group decided not to go rafting due to this extremly rude and aggressive behaviour. Lastly, when the payment time arrived they tried to charge us 1 euro extra fee (national park fee) that we already payed in our accomodation and they didnt give us receipt for lunch and rafting eventhough some specifically asked for it.

2.00I sent an email to book a rafting trip for 2 adults specifying to sleep in Pluzine the day before. Sanja told us to arrive at 10:00. It would have been nice to warn that you have to cross the border into Bosnia. The wait at the border then the 4 km on a dirt road full of stones made us arrive at 10:10. We stopped behind a fence and went to see the receptionist in the camp. She didn't open the gate for us to enter the village, told us to park where we could and go far away to join the group preparing. Very surprising welcome, she does not get up, nd does not welcome us, does not show us clearly where to prepare.. We manage then join the group around 10:20. We are given a wetsuit, slippers and we understand that we have to choose helmets. None of them fit. No one takes care of us... After 15 minutes, the cup is full, we put our clothes back on and leave. No reaction from anyone. I think we were invisible.

Weekend with friends in place surrounded with wild nature and sounds of wild river.

5.00It was great and relaxing time, best choice if you are looking for a place to rest from concrete jungle. Staff is very friendly and helpfull. Grab's activities are unforgettable you have to try it, rafting can sound extreme, but it's professional and safe. The place is very big so you can feel the space and freedome there.

5.00a fairy tale in the middle of nowhere! unreal nature, peace, clean river, warm atmosphere, wonderful staff and local cuisine. ideal for rest and enjoyment but also for the activities they offer.
